Introduction
Welcome to Dhyeya Infotech. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including but not limited to website designing, social media marketing, paid promotion, mobile app development, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Website Designing and Development
When we design and develop a website, we will provide one month of customer support and technical support. Any changes or further modifications required after this period will incur an Annual Maintenance Fee (AMC). The AMC can either be paid for six months or on an annual basis.
2. Social Media Marketing
We will create and post content on your social media accounts as per our agreement. Each post is counted as one working day. We offer 22 working days per month, and the client is responsible for providing the content. If the client fails to provide the content, there will be no carry forward for unposted content or days.
3. Paid Promotion Services
In case of any failure on the client’s part or any service not being performed, payments already made are non-refundable. There will be no carry forward for unperformed services or unutilized promotion days.
4. Mobile App Development
For all mobile app development services, we ensure to provide continuous support and updates for the specified period. Any additional updates or modifications after the specified period will be subject to additional charges.
5. Payments and Invoices
For all the services provided, payments will be invoiced upon completion of the service or as per the agreed schedule. If payment is not cleared within 45 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to take legal action under the MSME Act.
6. Legal Compliance
We ensure that all our services comply with applicable laws and regulations. Clients are also required to comply with all relevant laws, including those concerning intellectual property rights, data protection, and privacy laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Dhyeya Infotech harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our services.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the clients, and the updated terms will be effective from the date of posting on our website.
9. Termination
We may terminate our services at any time if the client violates any of these terms. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for any services rendered up until the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
